Preparation

  1. In a small pot it begins by infusing the Te Chai soybean into the vegetable milk until it is tasted and it begins to unfold rich aroma, for about 4 minutes on a very low heat.
  2. After this time add the oats, the chia seeds, your favorite sweetener, peanut butter and the minced nuts and keep stirring the oats until it thickens for about 5 to 8 minutes. The good thing is that here it depends on how much the cook can leave it more or less thick, as you prefer. 3- Then you will glow the pear cubes in a frying pan over low heat with a little oil or vegetable butter until they are fragrant and soft. I should take about six minutes.
  3. Finally, you only have to stick to serving the oatmeal in a bowl with the roast pears above. I recommend enjoying this warm preparation, which is where the flavors are best enhanced.
