Preparation

  1. In a large bowl (enough to be able to remove a slice of bread) it combines vegetable drink, corn starch, ground linen seeds, baking powder, garlic or onion powder, nutritional yeast and salt. If you like it, you can add a little pepper or ground beans
  2. Warm a pan over medium heat and add half a tablespoon of vegetable butter or oil until it melts.
  3. Before soaking the bread in the mixture you prepared previously, batted it as the corn starch tends to remain at the bottom. Then soak the bread slices for 8 seconds on each side.
  4. He will quickly take the slices of bread to the hot pan and dorá for 2 minutes on each side. You have to add more oil or vegetable butter between each slice of bread so they don't join and have more flavor. You can enjoy them alone, but my favorite toppings to serve are: Pallet on or in slices and fresh tomato cubes with a little salt, olive oil and if you like a little oregano.
