Quinoa and peach tibia Bowl
The quinoa is also offered for preparations of ulces, such as this warm bowl that you will have ready in minutes and feels like eating a dessert for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup of cooked quinoa
1 cdita of cinnamon
1 cda of agave syrup or your favorite sweetener
1 cda of vegetable oil
To serve:
2 sloppy peaches cut into halves
1 cda of oil or vegetable butter
to gold them
1 cup of vegetable yogurt (i used coconut)
Preparation
- You're gonna start by glowing the quinoa cooked in a medium-heat pan with a little oil and you're gonna add the cinnamon and sugar or your sweetener preferably. Ideally, it's getting crocant from time to time, so if you need to put the fire down to a minimum. Once crochant, separate it from the fire.
- Then in the same pan under low heat you will put the halves of peaches face down and you will golden them with a little oil or vegetable butter. In the middle of cooking, you're going to cover them so it's over cooking the center. I should take about 10 minutes in total.
- Then you only have to put in a vegetable yogurt mattress on the basis of a bowl and place the quinoa crocrocant and the peaches cooked above. It's an atypical way of eating quinoa you can't stop trying.
