Preparation

  1. You will start by cutting pears into slices or cubes (it may be as you like, you can also peel them or not) and you will place them on the basis of a oven source.
  2. On the other hand you will prepare the crumble by combining peanut butter (ideal is that it is in a liquid state) along with the agave syrup, the vanilla essence and the vegetable milk.
  3. Then you're gonna add the oatmeal, the minced nuts and the cinnamon and with the help of your hands or a fork without crushing you're gonna form the "grumms" of your crumble.
  4. Finally you only have to distribute the mixture of the crumble on the pears and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until the surface is golden and the pears are cooked and bubbling (they will unload a liquid that will be caramelized and become rich). Once out of the oven you are ready to enjoy. You can eat both cold and warm.
