This is one of my favorite breakfasts, not only because it can be customized in an endless way, but also approved by all the members of my house.
Ingredients
2 cups oats
1 cup of baking powder
1 cdita of cinnamon
1 / 2 cdita of nutmeg
1 / 4 cdita of salt
3 mature medium bananas made mashed
2 cds of ground flax seeds hydrated in 6 cds of water to form a gel (to make your egg substitute)
1 and ½ cups of vegetable milk (can be anyone, i used almonds)
1 / 4 cup of agave syrup or your favorite sweetener
1 cda vanilla essence
- cup of chocolate chips
- cup of almonds
- cup of minced nuts
Preparation
- In a bowl it combines oats with the baking powder, N cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Then add the rest of the listed ingredients and mix until everything is integrated.
- I transferred the preparation to a pre-oiled oven source (to make it easy to take off from the base) and bake your oatmeal in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface is golden. And ready! Once out of the oven you are ready to enjoy. You can eat it warm or cold.
