Preparation

  1. In a bowl it starts by stepping on the bananas until they are mashed and then it adds oil, sugar, vanilla essence and vegetable milk. I hit until everything's integrated.
  2. Then add the wheat flour, the oatmeal, the baking powder and the cinnamon and mix until all is integrated without too much beating. They just don't have to be grumpy.
  3. Finally, I added the minced nuts with wrapping movements and transferred all the preparation to a previously oiled and flattened mold.
  4. Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 / 35 minutes or until you can brush it with a wooden stick or knife and it comes out clean.
  5. Once you're out of the oven, wait till you bury it before you unmold it.
